Anthony & Jolene Tackle Landlord Frequently Asked Questions at Coventry PIN Meeting
The last Coventry Property Investor Network (PIN) meeting of the year was held on Tuesday 8th November at the Village Hotel in Coventry. The meeting will return in January, on the second Tuesday of the month, following a break in December.
The working partners kicked off the presentation slots for the evening, with Nick Hope, of Hope Financial Services providing an update on the mortgage market. Homemaker Properties’ Anthony McMullan and Jolene Higgins, followed with some answers to Landlord Frequently Asked Questions.
Commercial Partner, Anthony McMullan and Lettings Manager, Jolene Higgins, tackled some Landlord Frequently Asked Questions. The questions ranged from What rent should I charge?’ and ‘Who pays the Council Tax?’ to ‘Will my agent keep my money safe? And What if I want to remove a Tenant?’
The main speakers for the evening were Julian Maurice and Jonathan Guppy. Both offering fantastic advice and tips on refurbishing properties and making your property stand out in a bland marketplace. Great presentations leaving landlord and investors with lots to think about!
We would like to thank everyone that attend the meeting and took the time to speak with us. It was great to see such a good turnout for the final PIN meeting of the year. As always, the slides from the lettings update are available on our website, under our downloads section. Alternatively, you can request the slides by e-mailing Alison McMullan, Marketing Manager – alison@homemakerproperties.com
