Coventry Landlord Accreditation Scheme

We are so excited to announce that we have been awarded our Coventry Landlord Accreditation Scheme certificate. This means we are now an accredited agent with Coventry City Council.

With this accreditation, our landlords and tenants can be assured that we work to the highest standards when dealing with their rented accommodation in Coventry.

The Coventry Landlord Accreditation Scheme is a voluntary scheme. However, all private residential landlords and letting agents in Coventry are encouraged to join. We are proud to be on board.

The scheme aims to improve the condition and management of the private rented sector in Coventry. They encourage, acknowledge and promote good standards of privately rented accommodation. The aim is to assist landlords, letting agents and tenants to fulfil their responsibilities to each other.

By being a part of the scheme, we hope to reassure our clients of our commitment to them. We have always prided ourselves on our service levels but it is great to have the backing of the council who see we are working to a high standard.
